    Poor response to a problem

    La ubicación muy buena. Justo alado de la muralla y bastante cerca de todo.

    The staff's response was inefficient. At dawn after the first night, the air conditioner turned on by itself, and although it could be turned off, the fan remained running and couldn't be switched off. I called the provided number, but they hung up on me. I emailed, and they replied telling me to unplug the air conditioner from the wall outlet, but there was no such outlet. I contacted them again because the noise was bothersome and asked them to please come and fix it themselves. The response came 13 hours later, at 10:42 PM, when they replied that I could come right then. Their response was irresponsible and inefficient. The air conditioner should be in the bedroom, not the living room, in my opinion, although this is debatable. The sofa bed is terrible for sleeping. It has super thin foam and a wooden frame underneath, and even though I only weigh 50 kilos, I could feel the wood digging into my body. The furnishings were poor. I didn't feel at home at all.
