Fantastic. Many thanks
Leeroy is a fantastic host, greeting us with a personalised note welcoming us to the property. Great communication and easy to contact. A group of four stayed at this property visiting Birmingham for two nights to watch the European athletics championships. It’s a townhouse over three floors with five double bedrooms and many bathrooms. We liked the quiet location, walking distance 1 mile to jewellery quarter. Parking space on the driveway.
Overall I think it’s a great property. Might have been a user error, the downstairs shower we found tricky to get to the right temperature, either too hot or too cold.

Excellently hosted spacious property
Our host Leroy did everything he could to make sure we had a great stay. The property is nice and big, the rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed watching films on the big TV! Ample car parking, modern kitchen. Nice to have some outdoor space available with a back garden as well.
Watch out if you're a light sleeper: the fire doors bang shut, some floorboards creak and occasionally neighbours enjoy listening to their music, especially at weekends. The area is quiet enough usually, with a close-knit community, but walking back from the city centre at night (or even getting the bus) is not recommended. Use taxis. Some rubbish occasionally piled up outside on various local roads, but we put that down to the ongoing bin strikes.
