    Conveniently located, excellent value for money.

    The location was good for access into Exeter. The neighbourhood was quiet. Duncan was helpful with the parking permits.

    There’s just one bathroom but we soon got organised to use the facilities.

    Easy in, easy out, great communication with host, clean property that's well decked out, lovely gard

    Breakfast was not included... nor did I want it.

    The rain... but that's not Duncan's fault!
