    Really disappointed as this wasn’t th property we booked and ended up two miles away from where we should have been stay

    This wasn’t the property we booked. We turned up to our apartment at the designated time and were told it was double booked.

    This wasn’t the property we booked. We were told by one person it had been double booked and the second person called and said the property had been flooded.
