  Spacious and well located – unfortunately let down by several issues The apartment is well located and spacious. General cleanliness was acceptable, although there were stains on the pillows. The beds were small, and we found the mattresses uncomfortable. Some walls were visibly marked, and both the walls and flooring were damaged in places. There was no mirror in any of the bathrooms. How are guests supposed to do their makeup, style their hair or shave? We consider this a basic requirement. Also the small cupboard at the bed needs to be renewd. Communication was particularly poor. Despite asking about parking through Booking.com before our arrival, we received no clear instructions. We were also not told that a neighbour used the parking area and needed access. While we were out in the city, we received around 15 calls about this. The neighbour was already clearly annoyed at the start of our conversation. This was an unpleasant situation, especially as guests had no way of knowing about these parking arrangements beforehand. There were no clear instructions about rubbish disposal either. The bin outside displayed the property’s house number, but apparently it was not for our use. After using it, we promptly received WhatsApp messages. We were also never told that the shower had to be switched on using a button in another room. The worst issue was the bathroom light. The bathroom had a glass door, and its motion-activated light repeatedly switched on during the night while we were lying in bed, disturbing our sleep. When we raised this, we received an apology, but nothing was done to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the location and generous space did not make up for these shortcomings. We would not stay here again.

  Great 😊

  The owners were very helpful and the location was perfect for Wembley stadium. Clean and modern. It was really nice of you to have some fans. Bed mattress very comfy. Sitting room and kitchen great and spacious lovely and clean.

  Your pillows are awful! Please put some mirrors in the bathrooms as many have suggested!!

  Easy to find. Clean and tidy. Short walk to Wembley Stadium. Definitely recommend.

  Great location for stadium visit, just a short walk away. Clean and well presented. Owner quick to respond to a query.

  Nothing to dislike.

  Great location for Wembley.

  Clean, modern, cosy inside.

  Parking was very tight for our Range Rover, we had to do a 20 point turn to squeeze it in. I also didn’t feel safe leaving it there as it’s in an ally behind the house.
