Appartamento meraviglioso e comodo per il centro.
La casa è nuova, molto bella e curata. Il bagno è spettacolare, con una vasca stupenda e una doccia grandissima. Il soppalco del letto veramente funzionale e comodo. La camera da letto molto carina. Cucina attrezzata. Nonostante la porta d'ingresso sulla strada a piano terra, tutto molto silenzioso. Tapparelle elettriche. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della metro e un supermercato.
Il parcheggio è a pagamento durante il giorno, così come in tutta Vienna. Molto caro. Meglio andare a parcheggiare in un parcheggio di interscambio

Die Raumaufteilung hat uns sehr gefallen und auch, dass alles vorhanden war wie z. B. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Fön, Handtücher.... . Die Ferienwohnung ist auch für einen längeren Urlaub perfekt geeignet. Supermärkte in der Nähe und auch die Busse und U-Bahnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder falls sich eine Gelegenheit ergibt.
Alles war in Ordnung

Muy recomendable
Todo en general, el lavabo muy completo, la cocina no le falta detalle, las camas cómodas. Nos dejaron entrar antes y nos guardaron las maletas después un detalle que se agradece mucho ya que en los apartamentos muchas veces no es posible. Tuvimos un problema con la cafetera y el propietario nos ayudó en todo momento, incluso nos pagó los cafés de un día por no poderla utilizar.
