Clean, comfortable, safe, delicious food, perfect location.

King room with empire view, we had the most comfortable hotel bed we have stayed in to date. The room was bigger than we expected after seeing so many reviews about how tiny they are. Smaller than a normal non-nyc hotel but we had space for 2 adults. The view was perfect. Food was delicious, bartender was phenomenal. Staff was helpful. Safe area, location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted by primarily walking.

I wish I knew more about the rooftop cinema thing when I checked in.

I expected the rooms to be somewhat bigger but the staff was extremely helpful and attentive.

The attentiveness of the staff, the complementary breakfast and the happy hour.

The rooms were smaller than what I remember. I missed the division between the bed and the sofa bed. Also, the shower did not warm up in the mornings.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of New York! An amazing experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent! Great location, beautiful and spacious room with an amazing view. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations.

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect!
