Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. The check-in process requires mandatory registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in between 21:00 and 02:00 carries an additional fee of EUR 70, which must be paid in cash. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand. A damage deposit of € 200 is required. The accommodation will charge the accommodation days before arrival. It will be made by credit card. It will be returned to you 7 days after check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card after inspection of the accommodation. IMPORTANT: This property is available exclusively for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guest should sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
