    Location is really good, neat and clean inside. View of the beach and ocean from balcony. garage easy access and plenty of room.

    Dining chairs were not comfortable, used the balcony chairs instead.

    Great ocean views Great location and 3- 5 minute walk to most places. Close to beach, warf,surf club, and main street restaurants.

    Can get noisy at times as property is located close to a main road intersection.
