    Formal Complaint Regarding Unsanitary Room Conditions and Request for Compensation

    My wife and I were very frustrated and disappointed by our experience. Discovering stool stains on the washcloth and bath towels, along with mold and mildew in the shower, was unacceptable and significantly impacted our stay. As a goodwill gesture, we emailed the hotel GM to consider providing us with a certificate for a complimentary one-night stay at a Marriott property? We have enjoyed staying at Marriott hotels in the past, and we believe this would go a long way toward rebuilding our confidence in the Marriott brand. The lack of response by either email (which I emailed the GM with pictures) or phone call makes the situation even more frustrating.
