A perfect home-from-home in the Scottish Borders.
A lovely family house in a great location. Abby could not have been more kind or helpful, and her breakfasts are magnificent.

Abby was absolutely fantastic! Shared us the best places to go and got us a reservation at one of the restaurants that we wanted to try. Great morning breakfasts to start your day! Thank you very much Abby/Charlie
Nothing. Too bad we had to leave.

Lovely relaxing stay.
Such a warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, comfortable room, fabulous breakfast and little touches like fresh milk in the room each evening made the stay so enjoyable. Would not hesitate to book again when visiting family in the area.
No negative points at all.

Gorgeous old farmhouse.
Wonderful old farmhouse, with lots of character. Very clean, comfortable and homely. Abby was the perfect host. Thank you for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.
