    Not what I pay for.

Where to start? The google map indicated an address and the real one wasn't the same. So I contacted the owner of the apartment for directions and she, seems upset for my call, told me that she was indicating all information in her messages and that I shouldn't struggle. Well...I have to stop a Fidelity Security car to guide me to the place. Once there, is not any easier. You need a PIN code to enter the parking area, to enter the lift and download an app to actually open the door. Not client friendly to putt it in a way. Bedding not properly, small towels (face and hand towels not actual bath towels available. No aircon, only one fan per room which one of them was broken. We had a booking for two, but only one coffee pot available, no water available...and I can go on. It wasn't a good experience. I would not come back again. Thanks
