Angenehmes Apartment in guter Lage
Gute Lage in Sao Paulo, in einem Apartment über 2 Stockwerke. Unten der Wohnbereich mit TV, kleiner Küche und Sofa und Tisch. 2 Balkone. Sehr schnelle Hilfe wird immer angeboten von dem Gast Service via WhatsApp. Immer eine schnelle personalisierte Antwort und keine KI Maschine. Notwendige Reparaturen (Wasserabfluss und Klimaanlage) wurden schnell erledigt.
Der Kühlschrank sollte öfters mal auf Eis geprüft werden. Der Teller der Mikrowelle dreht sich nicht, da fehlt ein Teil. Die Küche könnte mit wenig Aufwand etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es fehlten z.B. einige große und kleine Löffel oder Deckel für Töpfe.

Localização. Tamanho da acomodação. Lugar para colocar a mala, cabideiro.
Unidade com janela sem cortina blackout. 5h40 da manhã e o quarto estava completamente claro. A persiana rolô não impede em praticamente nada a passagem da claridade. Além disso, a janela do banheiro é a porta da varanda não fechavam bem, ficando vãos e frestas para entrada de vento, barulho e insetos. Já me hospedei outras vezes e dei sorte. Como só ficamos sabendo qual a unidade poucas horas antes do check-in, impossível saber se será uma boa ou uma péssima como esta. De manhã entrei em contato com a assistência e me ofereceram duas horas a mais, estendendo meu checkout para 13h, como forma de minimizar meu desconforto.
