No visitors or change of guests are accepted after check-in. Only guest who registered, can enter the accommodation. We want you to enjoy an excellent stay. We do not require a guarantee or deposit upon arrival. Only if, at the end of the reservation, there is evidence of damage, missing items, or excessive dirt in the accommodation, will the corresponding charge be made according to the cost of repair or replacement. For every 6 nights booked, an additional cleaning fee of $110,000 COP applies; this covers a full cleaning of the apartment as well as a change of bed linens and towels.
