    Nothing.

    I wish I had taken the earlier reviews more seriously (see Google reviews online). I read them before booking and thought it wouldn’t happen to us, but it did. We prepaid €378 for three nights. When our flight was delayed, we notified the property through Booking.com that morning that we would arrive around 8pm (notified at 11am, delayed by 3 hours). This was after standard check-in hours; late check-in was advertised for an additional fee, subject to confirmation, but our message received no response. No yes or no. We arrived to find nobody available to check us in and no instructions enabling us to enter. Repeated messages and calls went unanswered. We were outside with our luggage and had to find and pay for another hotel. The property first replied after we had secured alternative accommodation saying staff were attending other properties with no resolution provided again. The property subsequently marked us as a “no-show” and cancelled the entire stay. We received none of the three nights and the property is NOT providing a refund. A very stressful experience. Take the previous reviews seriously and avoid travelling here. We had no control over arriving after 5pm and there are no provisions in place for when this happens, the advertised late check-in only works if someone replies. This has clearly happened multiple times to other people - yet they have not improved their services.

    Sehr Zentrale Lage. Ruhig. sehr sehr sauber.

    schade, dass nicht im vorhinein bekannt gegeben wurde wie man zu den schlüsseln kommt und wie der check-in funktioniert. nachdem wir mit dem portier versucht haben zu reden (er spricht nur italienisch) haben wir dann endlich irgendwann erfahren dass wir der nummer auf whatsapp schreiben sollen. danach ging es ganz einfach weiter mit einer super anleitung. Aber wir haben 15 minuten gebraucht um das ganze herauszufinden. wenn man normal anruft oder auf whatsapp kommt man nicht durch. man muss schreiben

    Location is great, can walk to the Vatican city to catch the opening hours and visit basilica and museum without waiting in the long queue. Grateful for the late check in and fast responses on any queries I got. Clean, tidy, modern, and coffee in the mornings was on the sweet spot. Happy with the stay, accommodation and even try the recommended food place - Cresci, it was a good desicion.
