A blissful once in a lifetime family escape to the bushveld.
I made this booking on behalf of my sister Sharon and luckily she invited my husband and I to join the group. The home provided ample accomodation for our family of 10. It was a short walk to the river and about a 20 minute drive to Crocodile Bridge gate. The deck overlooks unspoilt bush teaming with small creatures, and larger animals such as zebra, giraffe, various buck and even a family of warthog, are often passing by. We were charmed by the antics of the different mongoose family characters in the early mornings and the cute little bush babies at night. There were always lots of birds hovering in the trees as well. We loved cooling off in the splash pool and lounging on the deck chairs.
Unfortunately there was a general power failure in the area, but that was beyond the establishment's control.
