It fell short of my expectations

    The bed size

The receptionists were indifferent and didn’t seem to have good communication within their system. The cleaning ladies didn’t seem to check up and clean the rooms carefully before letting new customers in. We got half of a toilet paper roll (which is definitely not new) the first day we got in and it was out quickly. The second morning after making the room they took the used towels without leaving new ones and also no new toilet paper provided. The shower didn’t function properly but they didn’t fix it before renting out the rooms.
