Would not recommend the hotel , harassing experience
Pretty central
Would not give us an early check in Made us pay the City tax per person x 4 days when r booking said all taxes paid the minute we arrived after a long flight!!! We stayed at 2 other Nh collection hotels and another one in Spain ( they never harassed us for city tax ) we were exhaustedn it was late , could have waited till next day to thrash it out . Insisted that we pay a deposit also !!! Stingy with complimentary water …. When asked one night , said it would be replenished in the morning!!! No porter to help with luggage when checking out early morning… They need to refund the extra city tax that they charged us !!!

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider gar nicht. Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel
Die Lage war ganz ok, einiges Flussläufig zu erreichen. Jedoch viele Obdachlose in der Gegend des Hotels
Sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Rooftop eher ein trauriger Platz, eher Kinder Pool mit vielen kreischenden Kindern. Weder sauber noch gut erhalten. Leider auch kein Personal Vorort um was zu bestellen. Zudem wurde uns für die erste Nacht nicht das gebuchte Zimmer zugeordnet. Wir haben ein viel kleineres, dunkles Zimmer mit Schlafsofa statt Bett erhalten. Beschwerde verlief erst auf taube Ohren seitens des Mitarbeiters. Erst der Manager räumte den Fehler ein. Dennoch war die erste Nacht futsch und das für viel Geld.

goed hotel met ruime kamers
Vriendelijke ontvangst. Heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt. Grote kamers
Zowel aan de receptie als in de ontbijt stond de airco te koud. Het voelde samen met het koele interieur onaangenaam aan.
