I’m coming back definitely
Everything that is required for a perfect stay
Only last few days we faced some irregular cleaning, but the blame goes on the cleaners crew not the hotel

Disappointing
At check in, we were promised (as requested) to have 2 single beds. We eventually didnt get it. Upon arrival in the room, AC didnt work and it did continue not to work for our entire stay. The bathroom was nice, the bed was super hard and not comfortable. Staff at the restaurant were good, breakfast decent. We paid €900 for 2 nights and we did expect way more. I personally couldnt sleep because of the bedding and non working AC which is unacceptable for the price paid. We are now a few weeks later and still didnt receive an invoice. This is gonna be a hotel that I will 100% skip the next time im in Copenhagen

Very pleasant.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and efficient, the location couldn't be better, the room was great. We had trouble with the room we were allocated smelling bad but were immediately upgraded to a better room.
The food in the restaurant was so salty it was hard to eat. We were thanked for our understanding about the smelly room with a gift of confectionaries which was very nice but were surprised it was left in our room when we had the do not disturb sign on the door.

We had a 24 hour layover between flights, and this hotel was all inclusive for our needs.
Check in was great, our room was very nice with a good view. Bar was okay, dinner in the restaurant was good, but slightly odd service. Slept well, curtains closed completely for darkness, the bathroom had all we needed including a magnifying mirror which is important to me. Breakfast was really good. I appreciated the healthy choices like the overnight porridge, seeds and compotes.
Bar service and restaurant service staff seemed non cohesive. They all gave good effort, but maybe lack a managerial plan for who does what.
