An Absolutely Wonderful Stay in Dresden – A Hotel I Would Return to Without Hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An exceptional experience from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed thanks to the warmth, kindness, and friendliness of the entire staff. I would especially like to give a very special mention to Bernhard Weber, who welcomed us with extraordinary warmth, kindness, and a wonderful sense of humour. His genuine friendliness, positive attitude, and excellent hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. He is a true example of outstanding customer service! The room was simply spectacular: incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bed was fantastic, the sheets were wonderfully soft, and every little detail seemed thoughtfully chosen to ensure a perfect stay. Even the slippers were among the most comfortable I have ever worn in a hotel! And finally, a proper hairdryer! Powerful, high-quality, and actually effective — something that frequent travellers will definitely appreciate! The breakfast was also excellent, a lovely way to start each morning and another highlight of our stay. The location could not be better, with stunning views that make the experience of staying in Dresden even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart is not only its beautiful facilities, outstanding comfort, and attention to detail, but also the genuine warmth and professionalism of the people who work there. Without a doubt, this is one of those hotels you wholeheartedly recommend and look forward to returning to. I would absolutely stay here again! A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Bernhard Weber, for making our stay so memorable!

Es waren sehr schöne 3 Tage zum Kennenlernen von Dresden. Die Lage ist perfekt.
Der Service war sehr gut und die Möglichkeit Abends in der Bar zusammenzusitzen. Es gab ausserdem eine Lademöglichkeit für e-Wagen in der Garage

Brummender Kühlschrank im Zimmer! Nur Zimmer Mit Badewanne, keine Dusche; Dusche nur im "Behindertenzimmer" mit der Folge, dass die gesamte Einrichtung behindertengerecht war. Wie z. B. Türgriffe in Kniehöhe ...
