- The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. - Pets should not be left alone in the room - Pets are not allowed in the common food and beverage areas of the hotel - The use of a dog leash is mandatory in the common areas of the hotel - Any damage caused by the animal will be the responsibility of the owner and a charge will be made to the credit card for the replacement of the damaged object - In case of noise or inconvenience caused by the pet, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay of the client and the pet - The pet should not use the bathroom or the showers in the rooms - It is not allowed to use towels or sheets to clean the animal - The rules referring to the spaces in which the access of pets is not allowed, do not apply to the case of guide dogs - Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of 35 € per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. A deposit may be required at the property.
