Laut!

An absolutely unacceptable price-to-quality ratio.
The hotel is located 3 minutes away from the Vienna Airport departure terminal, which is why we chose it. Basic amenities were provided, though slippers were missing—they were brought to us, however, upon request. The rooms appeared clean, yet something felt off—perhaps because I happened to see how they were being cleaned. The bed linen and towels were of good quality. It was possible to open the window, which was fortunate, as the room’s air conditioning system was rather strange: the air blown out remained at the same temperature regardless of the setting chosen.
Charging 49 euros for an early check-in of just three hours is unacceptable. Given that the nightly rate is under 240 euros, the fee should have been, at most, around 30 euros. The breakfasts are plentiful but completely unappetizing; it’s clear that some dishes are prepared using leftovers from the previous day. As for the staff: the housekeeping team doesn’t know even a few words of English—for instance, I had to ask three different staff members for a pair of slippers. The receptionist was polite, but also arrogant. Tables in the breakfast area were not cleared in a timely manner, even when there was a shortage due to the large number of Chinese tour groups—there was an overwhelming number of these tourists.
