Good customer service! The lady receptionist was very kind and accommodating and spoke good english! There also was a male receptionist who was a little old who was very nice and accommodating too, although we did have difficulty conversing, but he was so helpful and tried!
The location could've been perfect! But during my visit, the nearby place had an ongoing construction which was difficult for drivers and grab to go to... The ambiance was a little scary as a solo female traveller but the receptionist were very nice!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The room smells musky and there were not enough power plugs to charge my devices (had to unplug the fridge and tv). There was no lift in the building. There was construction right outside.
