    Wouldn't stay here again

    Combo locks to get in

Didn't receive the welcome email until we arrived, and the security guard called them. Difficult to find since we didn't receive directions, even though I sent an email requesting them. One shower head was broken, and they said they would come to fix but never did. One bed was missing a blanket/comforter. Said they would bring, but never did. Water was off in the entire unit when we arrived. They fixed that in an hour. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh towels.

This was a very comfortable stay in an impressive, luxury apartment. I think it was excellent value for money

Exceptional facilities in the room and the building more generally

The door lock did not work at first but staff quickly rectified this.
