    Ohne Kaution in bar Zimmer verweigert

    Hotel grundsätzlich ordentlich und günstig gelegen.

    Meiner 17 Jährigen Tochter wurde, obwohl sie in Begleitung ihrer erwachsenen Schwester gereist ist, der Checkin verweigert, bis sie einen "Muttizettel" von ihrer Mutter geschickt bekam. Anschliessend verlangte man von beiden 200€ in bar(!) als "Kaution" für den gebuchten Gaming Room. Das war in den Buchungsbedingungen an keiner Stelle erwähnt. Als sie dies nicht bezahlen wollten, verweigerte man ihnen das gebuchte Zimmer und quartierte sie in einem anderen Raum ein. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt ziemlich fassungslos, wie unprofessionell man dort mit seinen Gästen umgeht.
