    Review Title: Excellent location, but a very bad experience that is not worth the price Pros: Location: Excellent and very close to all services and amenities in Las Palmas. Cons: Host behavior and stressful check-in: Upon arrival with young children and expensive medication that needed immediate refrigeration to prevent it from spoiling, the host refused to let us in. He conditioned handing over the keys on us completing an online form right on the spot. The issue is that he never informed us about this requirement beforehand via Booking messaging, and I had no internet connection at that moment. It was a complete lack of empathy, flexibility, and basic hospitality in a critical situation. Extreme heat and no air conditioning: The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) and gets extremely hot and suffocating. It does not have air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Amenities and value for money: The amenities and furnishings are very basic and ordinary. They do not justify the high price we paid for the quality provided. Conclusion: The location is the only positive point. However, the poor reception, unannounced check-in demands, unbearable heat, and basic setup make this a very bad experience that I do not recommend.

    una esperoencia en el alojamiento nefasta

    no, muy mala situación, la limpieza deja mucho que desear el baño olia a pis , bañera negra de moho alrededor de ella muebles de antes de la gerra, tendedero roto, la vitro para cocer un huevo una hora de reloj esperando que calentara el agua , no fotos no os mandaré me las guardo

    ya lo he dicho, decepcion total
