En general falta de neteja. Bastant brutal principalment la cuina. Molt molt brut. Falta manteniment. Algunes coses averiades. L'entrada comunitaria a l'escala de l'edifici mokt mala olor.

El apartamento está muy bien ,céntrico al lado del Palacio ducal, limpio ,grande con todos los servicios,buenas camas
No tiene ascensor las escaleras están bastante empinadas, y está encima de un restaurante-pub , y hay otros al lado y enfrente que parecen que se peleen porque por la música más alta, se oye una mezcla de músicas muy fuertes que duran hasta la una
