We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s 5th birthday, especially because she absolutely loves Paw Patrol! Seeing
The hotel is truly designed with kids in mind, and it definitely delivers! The water park is great, the pools are wonderful, and there are plenty of fun activities and attractions for children. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. There’s so much to do, and the kids had an amazing time. It’s a fantastic place for a fun-filled family vacation!
The extra activities are ridiculously overpriced, especially considering how much you already pay to stay at the resort. The Paw Patrol Pajama Jam breakfast was around $140 per adult and $110 per child, which is outrageous. We also asked about getting a birthday cookie for our daughter, and they wanted $60! The food was also disappointing for the price. Even at the burger restaurant, the burgers were just okay, nothing special. The risotto we tried was dry and didn’t taste fresh. The beach was another disappointment, as it wasn’t particularly beautiful or enjoyable. I also expected Paw Patrol to have a much bigger presence throughout the resort, especially since it’s one of the main attractions for families. We had one meet-and-greet with Chase and Marshall, and another was supposed to feature Skye and Everest, but Everest never showed up. The evening show was good, but surprisingly, it didn’t include any Paw Patrol characters. For a resort that promotes the Paw Patrol experience so heavily, I expected more character interactions and entertainment included in the stay. Overall, considering the price, I expected much better value and a more immersive Paw Patrol experience.

I would go back again and again at anyone with my kid. I had the best experience and enjoyed every second me and family
Very clean, friendly staff, and i felt very safe especially with valuable things left in the rooms nothing was missing etc
I wish the food was a bit more tasty for adults.
