    Great apartment in a perfect location to explore Salerno.

    TrenItalia stop right nearby, 5 min to the Duomo station. Conad grocery store than 5 min away. Right in the heart of old town Salerno. Apartment was very clean. Nicola provided basic cooking supplies as well. He met us when we got there to let us in and provided info of restaurants to go to, typical South Italian dishes and places to go/see. Beds were very comfortable!

    Could be loud at night but that’s typical in a city and if you shut the windows you can’t hear anything!

    If you have a full itinerary, you won’t be there much, so any niggles are minor and you’ll enjoy the location

    The location was wonderful! Stone built and you heard nothing from the neighbours. The bed was comfortable. The owner was very hospitable and on hand.

    Just be aware the double bed has two single mattresses that slip apart. There’s no tv, but you didn’t go to Salerno for that! It’s a bit dated and could do with a refurb really.
