Convenience and availability of the staff.

The property for sure needs a deep clean and refurbishment as there are sign of heavy wear . Moreover, despite of keeping the windows open for the entire stay, the smell of cigarettes is pregnant and heavy, even in the house rules is written that is allowed only in the kitchen with window open , there are burn marks in the bathroom.
