I came to Rome looking for a place to stay, but I found something much more special: a big brother and a friendship I wi
Without a doubt, the most wonderful part of my stay was meeting Andrea. As a woman traveling alone to Rome, I cannot express how much his kindness, warmth, and genuine care meant to me. From the very beginning, Andrea treated me not just as a guest, but as if I were his own little sister. He spent almost an entire hour sitting with me, going through a map of Rome and explaining everything I needed to know. He showed me the best places to visit, which areas to avoid, what to be careful about, and where to find delicious local food. He shared so many valuable tips that made exploring Rome much easier and more enjoyable. What touched me the most was that he did all of this with such genuine kindness and patience. He never made me feel like I was bothering him. Whenever I had a question, needed advice, or asked for help, Andrea was always there. He is incredibly kind, thoughtful, friendly, funny, and an absolute pleasure to talk to. You can immediately tell that he is someone with a truly beautiful heart. When you travel, sometimes the most unforgettable memories are not the famous landmarks or beautiful streets, but the wonderful people you meet along the way. For me, Andrea was one of the most beautiful surprises Rome had to offer. I arrived in Rome as a solo traveler, but I left knowing that I now have a big brother in Rome. ❤️ Andrea, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything. You made me feel safe, welcome, and cared for in a city that was completely new to me. Grazie di cuore, Andrea! I am so grateful our paths crossed. Whenever I return to Rome, I will definitely come back to visit you. Some people simply make the world a kinder place, and Andrea is absolutely one of them. ❤️
There is nothing negative I would particularly like to mention. Andrea’s kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help made my experience truly special. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Clean and comfortable! Delicious snacks!

Loved the location and staff, problems with elevator and water.
The location is excellent, near the train and metro station, making it easy to get to all tourist destinations. The staff were very friendly and gave restaurant recommendations.
I may have had bad luck but on arrival the elevator was broken and I had to carry the luggage up five flights of stairs. Also, on two of the four mornings of our stay, there was no water in the bathroom in the morning. We had no water until 8:30 to 9:00.
