L’appartamento è carino, bisogna curarlo di più per un giusto rapporto con il prezzo

Troppa umidità nell’appartamento, si vede nelle pareti e si respira. Condizionatore ed elettrodomestici troppo rumorosi. Scarico lavabo bagno tappato, anta doccia staccata e pericolosa

Buena base para las excursiones por Venecia.
Excelente ubicación a un paso de una plaza tranquila, con restaurantes y servicios cerca (farmacia, supermercado, panadería, puesto ambulante de frutas y verduras, heladería....). Muy cerca andando de casi todo. El apartamento estaba bien equipado. Hemos podido descansar muy bien de día y de noche. Para la recogida de las llaves y para cualquier consulta hay que dirigirse al hotel que está a la vuelta (atención 24h).
El equipamiento de cubiertos podría estar algo más completo, así como un toque más de limpieza (las sábanas y toallas estaban muy limpias)

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption des Hotels. Das Apartment befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Zur Ausstattung gehören funktionierende Klimaanlagen, eine Küche mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, Kaffee und Tee, Handtücher sowie Hygieneartikel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Das Badezimmer ist leider sehr klein und eng und wirkt auf den Fotos deutlich größer. Die Klimaanlage ist nachts ziemlich laut, auch wenn sie ausgeschaltet ist. Außerdem gab es keine Hausschuhe.
