Our second visit and Arvin & Gaytree were there to warmly welcome us and made sure we felt truly cared for with their lovely attention.

Great hosts. Great home. Very pleased :)

The stay was brilliant. The facility clean, spacious and well situated, along with welcoming snacks and drinks- it is not normal for hosts to so. Very friendly and accommodating - thank you.

    Exceptional

Gaytree and Arvin were very welcoming and attentive hosts. The penthouse was clean and comfortable, and they clearly took great care in preparing for our arrival. We especially appreciated the welcome note and gifts. We highly recommend the Nilaya Penthouse.
