    Sehr schönes Hotel mit Potenzial

    Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Sowohl direkt vom Zimmer wie auch beim Essen gab es eine tolle Aussicht. Der Fussweg nach Oia ist gut machbar in 25 Minuten und es gibt eine Busstation gleich unten am Berg. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Speisen beim Frühstück waren lecker und schön angerichtet.

    Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist sehr steil, wer nicht mit dem Mietauto oder Taxi unterwegs ist, hat jeweils einen anstrengenden Aufstieg zu bewältigen. Es gibt kein Restaurant im eigentlichen Sinne, das Frühstück (und auch alle anderen Mahlzeiten) werden auf einer Terrasse ohne Überdachung oder Windschutz serviert. Dies mag im Hochsommer gehen, in der Nebensaison ist es sehr kühl und windig beim Frühstück, entsprechend sind alle Gerichte bereits beim Eintreffen am Tisch kalt. Zudem wäre es wünschenswert beim Frühstück mehr inkludierte Getränke und allenfalls ein kleines Buffet zu haben für Brote, Aufschnitt etc. Weiter sind die Preise für die Speisen m. E. etwas hoch (z. B. knapp 70 Euro für insgesamt 5 Garnelen mit Teigwaren und Sauce - für zwei Personen). In der Nebensaison ist auch der nicht-beheizte Pool lediglich schön anzusehen und nicht zur Verwendung geeignet.

    An excellent location for a relaxing break

    Loved the location on the hillside on the outskirts of Oia. It was a very peaceful and quiet location away from the crowds of Oia

    Limited dinner menu. However what they did have was excellent and delicious

    We only stayed one night, but had an incredible time at Nimbus. The property is SO beautiful, with one of the best sunset views on the island. Our room was fabulous and much bigger than we expected. The hot tub was a great touch as well! What really made the stay though was the wonderful team - in particular Ioanna, who went above and beyond with lots of extra support, but everyone was fabulous. Thank you!

    Only that we didn’t stay for more than one night!
