Quite good for a few days
In overall property is ok. The owner is kind and client oriented. Located on 11th floor. Parking was available for 5 GEL per day. Close to the sea. Has large outdoor swiming pool in the yard. Small shop downstairs.
The environment itself is quite noisy. When balcony door is open noise comes from some ventilation equipment located between buildings. The flat has ventilation control unit. If you set some temperature it will switch on ventilation unit (with conditioner) work for a few minutes then switch off. It will do that every few minutes. The unit works quite noisy. Also when somebody speaks in the corridor outside the flat you hear everything like you are among them. :) Dog was barking regulary in some neighbour room. We sleep with berushi, so, it was ok for us but frankly staying in such environment is not relaxing.
