Would stay here again!
It’s a quiet area and 20-30 mins walk or gondola ferry ride for $2 away from the sights. The place is clean and Nina is lovely.
The only complaint we had was the pull out sofa wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep on. But otherwise we love it here! Also we missed it as its down a narrow alley but staff were there to meet us so it was great!

Venice adventure
We stayed 4 nights. We liked the friendly staff, the cleanliness and size of the apartment. They gave us plenty of coffee pods, a bottle of wine and a packet of biscuits. They provided 4 rolls of toilet paper, soap and shower gel. The staff were very responsive to our questions.
We didn't like that the smart tv kept cutting out and we lost internet everyday. The bathroom was very narrow, though the shower was large and excellent. The mattress was uncomfortable and could do with a mattress topper.

Excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio
Excelente ubicación muy cerca a la estación del tren. Ubicación muy tranquila se puede descansar y llegar sin problemas. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, las instalaciones estuvieron en excelentes condiciones. El host estuvo siempre pendiente y recibimos un servicio cordial. Adiciona,l hubo disponibilidad para dejar el equipaje previo al check in.
