    Great Location, Good Size Room, Comfortable Bed

    The room was nice and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. You could get different types of pillow from Reception Being able to open the window was great. The location was fantastic, lots of interesting places to visit nearby and easy access to public transport Good facilities in the hotel (lockers, coin laundry, reading room) and the surrounding complex. The staff were very helpful

    There was an automatic light outside the bathroom that went off whenever you open the toilet door, annoying in the middle of the night. The shower is over a bath, not the easiest for older visitors. The cups in the room were paper, no glass or ceramic

    Clean and well located, but disappointing facilities and poor service.

    The hotel was clean, modern and conveniently located for exploring Seoul, with plenty of attractions, restaurants and shops within easy reach. The room was well maintained and housekeeping standards were good.

    One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was its advertised rooftop bar, so we were extremely disappointed to discover on arrival that it was closed for renovations. We had received no advance notification, something the hotel subsequently acknowledged and apologised for, but offered no meaningful resolution. Lounge 9's coffee machines provided only Americano, and when we requested a little milk for our in-room coffee, reception directed us to a convenience store. The room layout was inconvenient, with the washbasin in the hallway rather than the bathroom. The motion-sensor lighting in this area switched off too quickly, and when reported, the hotel's solution was to disable it completely, leaving inadequate lighting. Overall, disappointing service and little effort to resolve our concerns.
