  Very nice and comfortable place to explore Naples

  The apartment seems to be recently renovated and is clean and comfortable with new Ikea furniture and well equipped. It is a good size and even has 2 bathrooms/toilets. It lies in a backyard above a commercial bakery and has a balcony where you can sit outside. For Naples, it is kind of quiet but don't expect real quiet outside in the old town of Naples :) You can walk to most places in the center of Naples, but it might be a long walk, so it is nice that you have a metro station (Cavour) nearby. The railway station, where you can catch trains and busses to Pompei, Vesuv and the Amalfi coast is about a 20 min walk away. The bakery is just downstairs and there are two supermarkets very close by plus a couple of restaurant options. We had a really good stay at this place and it is convenient to explore Naples. The host is an agency that sends you (a bit too) many messages and somebody meets you at the apartment to give you the key.

  It would be nice with some coffee for the first morning and some basic groceries.

  Un sejur extrem de dezamăgitor, într-un apartament complet neîngrijit, cu probleme grave de igienă și întreținere.

  O experiență extrem de neplăcută – un apartament complet neglijat Din păcate, experiența noastră la această proprietate a fost profund dezamăgitoare. Apartamentul lasă impresia unei locuințe aproape abandonate, oferite spre închiriere fără o preocupare reală pentru întreținere, igienă sau confortul turiștilor. Aspectele negative: * Miros îngrozitor de canalizare. De departe, cea mai gravă problemă! În apartament persista un miros extrem de puternic și neplăcut de canalizare, aproape insuportabil. Înțeleg că imobilul poate fi vechi și că ploile pot accentua anumite probleme, însă acest lucru nu reprezintă o scuză. Nu este normal să primești turiști într-o locuință cu un asemenea miros, fără să remediezi problema. * Prosoape extrem de vechi, uzate și cu fire de păr. Unul dintre cele mai deranjante aspecte a fost să găsim fire de păr pe un prosop luat direct din dulap, care ar fi trebuit să fie curat. În plus, prosoapele păreau folosite de foarte mulți ani, fiind vizibil uzate și neîngrijite. Consider absolut inacceptabil ca într-o unitate de cazare să fie oferite asemenea prosoape. Nu vorbim despre un produs de lux, ci despre un obiect elementar de igienă personală. Prosoapele pot fi spălate, întreținute și, mai ales, înlocuite atunci când sunt uzate. Este o investiție minimă și o formă elementară de respect față de turiști. * Lipsa produselor de igienă. Nu am avut la dispoziție nici măcar săpun sau gel de duș. Sunt lucruri de bază, care ar trebui să existe într-o locuință oferită spre închiriere. * Mobilier de calitate slabă și neîntreținut. Nu problema este vechimea mobilierului, ci calitatea și starea lui. În momentul în care am tras un scaun, mânerul acestuia s-a desprins. Nu este normal ca obiectele de mobilier să se desfacă la o utilizare obișnuită. * Robinet care se desprinde. În momentul în care încerci să ridici robinetul, acesta iese cu totul din poziția lui.

  Large flat in good location but lacking toiletries and other amenities

  Very good location for the historic centre. Large, light, apartment. Comfy beds, sofa, and kitchen facilities.

  No hand wash, or shower gel provided.or dishwasher tablets. Also no plug in the sink in the kitchen. Also no hand towels in the kitchen. We had to buy these in order to wash up. Also no powder for the washer. No handy kitchen items provided like salt, pepper, sugar, oil , coffee pods. The balcony faces a depressing inner courtyard and the table and chairs were grimy and uncomfortable. While the towels were clean they were rather grey and could do with replacing.
