La ubicación es fantástica: enfrente de la estación de metro de Trindade con línea directa al aeropuerto y otras muchas posibilidades, aunque tengo que confesar que he andado la mayor parte del tiempo. Está en la zona alta con pocas cuestas. El apartamento tiene de todo lo necesario. incluida lavadora y el edificio dispone de ascensor.
El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, pero el desagüe de la ducha no desagua bien y hay que estar pendiente para que el agua no se salga. Las ventanas son oscilobstientes, pero, al intentar abrirlas de par en par, la bisagra superior se suelta quedando la ventana solo sujeta con la bisagra inferior con peligro de caer. Suerte que solo ha hecho un calor insoportable los 2 últimos días y lo he podido solucionar con los ventiladores. Le he dejado una nota explicando todo a la propiedad para que lo solucionen.

L’appartement est très bien situé. Un peu brillant car rue très passante côté salon mais côté chambre pas de bruit. L’équipement est correcte il y a tout ce qu’il faut.
