    Hoi an in October

    Views were great. Pool was good. Location was good even if it was difficult to find. Great price. Room was spacious

    No fridge in the room. Aircon ok but could have been better. The room especially the windows could have been cleaner, same for the outdoor space. Never managed to connect to the WiFi.

    Mejorable

    Los alrededores son bonitos y en general si el hotel estuviera cuidado la estancia sería mucho mejor.

    A este alojamiento le falta con mucha urgencia una buena limpieza. Las sábanas estaban manchadas, las superficies altas como el perchero, llenas de polvo y al segundo día se nos llenó el baño y los neceseres de hormigas. Otra cosa que necesita especial urgencia es arreglar el WC ya que nos quedamos con la tapa en la mano en nuestra llegada. La ubicación es bastante complicada si vas a pedir un Grab porque está al acabar un camino y normalmente no se quieren meter por ahí. El personal es agradable salvo el chico que contesta a los WhatsApp con el que a pesar de haberle indicado en varias ocasiones nuestra llegada no estuvo pendiente para darnos las instrucciones de llegada. Los demás encargados fueron muy atentos ya que el último día teníamos que lavar mucha ropa, y lejos de decirnos que no, se encargaron de dejarla lista.
