The staff are nice . The room was really clean. I got what I need . The bed is cozy . There is also a tub. I could relaxing more while i was travelling .

Probably won't be staying here a third time.
The beds were comfortable and we had two pillows each which was nice.
The shower was terrible; the pressure was inconsistent, the shower head itself was facing the wall and the shower curtain did nothing to contain the water. Additionally, the water temperature would be warm one second and cold (or scorching) the next. Room cleaning was disappointing; our first night at the hotel, we found a needle in the bathroom. When we requested room cleaning, our shower supplies were not filled up, the floor had remaining grime from previous stays. Our house slippers were thrown away after one use (a waste!). Upon our arrival, we were only then told that the hotel was undergoing construction. Luckily, we didn't hear it BUT we were given no pre-warning/email in advance. Lastly, the lady (not sure of her name), at the front desk didn't seem very friendly and approachable. When we spoke to her, she answered us in a judgemental tone (it felt like what we were saying was wrong).

Fantastic location and good value for money
Very friendly staff, great location, spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Overall really good value for money.
The beds only had thick quilts, no thinner sheet underneath, which made it quite hot to sleep. I wasn’t able to lower the air conditioner temperature below 24C as there was the risk of it leaking water.

Basic and affordable
Good location, easy to find and some amenities. We were able to store luggage whilst awaiting our flight home which was also useful and staff were friendly
It’s very basic and not what I would consider a 4 star hotel, though it was in the middle of refurbishment when we stayed. Rooms and hotel lobby was quite small but almost expected in a city centre.
