  Convenient location, but unsafe and hazard. The location is very convenient, close to the city centre, but unfortunately, our experience as a family with a three-year-old child was extremely disappointing and, more importantly, raised serious safety concerns. The room was located on the top floor of an old building with numerous stairs leading up to it. Inside the accommodation, there were additional marble, hard stairs with no door, gate or safety barrier to prevent a young child from falling. The glass railing was also extremely low, which made us feel particularly concerned about our child's safety. The sleeping arrangements were not as expected for accommodation advertised for three adults. The main bed was unusually small, while the additional bed was narrow, short and positioned very high above the floor. It appeared to be more like a sofa with a mattress topper placed on top rather than a proper, safe bed. It was clearly unsuitable and potentially dangerous for a three-year-old child. Even more concerning, there were exposed electrical wires protruding from the bathroom extractor fan at a height easily accessible to a young child. We asked to change room because of these safety concerns, but our request was refused. We were told that there was no problem with the room, despite the obvious risks. The pictures used to advertise the accommodation are misleading and do not adequately convey the layout and potential hazards of the room. I do not believe we would have made this booking had these issues been clearly presented. Unfortunately, the situation became even more disappointing. Instead of addressing our concerns appropriately, the property contacted us directly, skip Booking as a main company and connections link between us, and asked me to remove my review in exchange for a refund arranged privately. The conversation between us were so arrogantly, pressing me and they accused me that the fault it mine on 11 minutes conversation.

  Ένα δωμάτιο όμορφο, καθαρότατο, κεντρικό στα Ιωάννινα που προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις.

  Το κατάλυμμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε ένα ήσυχο και όμορφο πλακόστρωτο δρόμο και σε κεντρικότατη τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενικότατος και εξυπηρετικός.

  Το δωμάτιο έχει είσοδο απευθείας από τον διάδρομο εισόδου του κτιρίου χωρίς μιά πιό εσωτερική πρόσβαση με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι τόσο αυτοτελές και ανεξάρτητο εφόσο ακούγεται και ο παραμικρός θόρυβος και η ομιλία των θαμόνων αυτού και όλων των άλλων δωματίων. Χωρίς τουλάπα, αντί τουλάπας μιά μικρή εσωχή που εξυπηρετεί το κρέμασμα 2-3 ρούχων.
