Despite the dog hair and vacuum cleaner, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you :)

The caravan was lovely and the location was perfect. We had everything we needed. Perfect size for us and loved the patio area. Host was lovely and provided everything we needed.

The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable. When sitting on the 3 seater seem to sink into the middle no matter what end you sit on. Could also do with a more powerful vacuum cleaner. As the property is pet friendly, we found there was quite a lot of pet hair from previous occupants. Wasn’t great when we have a baby crawling around, was covered in pet hair. When tried to vacuum the vacuum cleaner barely did anything. WiFi was also not great, however this is often the case with caravan sites.

Perfectly located for Scarborough and filey

The caravan was well layed out and close to the activities, and the beach was a short walk and beautiful, very close to Scarborough town too.

On arrival we did arrive early during a thunderstorm, so we had to wait in our car as the caravan was just being cleaned just before our check in time, the door to the caravan was broken as it was wobbling in the frame, and a few stains on the carpets and rusty radiators, plus the toilet door was slightly broken the handle kept sticking but things like this are not normally an issue with us, but it did cost more for the caravan, I did let the owner know about the door and stains on the carpets as we just covered ourselves for the damages if done previously, overall the van was lovely. We also ordered food in the boathouse which for a family of 5 no puddings just 3 kids meals and two main meals £89 with two drinks, the steak was chewy and didn't taste great, the kids portion sizes where very small, I would save your money and go to the pub outside the park for a meal or chippy or takeaway. It cost so much money on site for the activities which is to be expected.
