    good facilities in the apartment, however the pictures are oversaturated, the level is medium low overall. The bed was really comfortable.

    they require a credit/debit card on arrival to use a security deposit for damages or excessive cleaning, thing that is no specified in Booking.com , and those credit card information needs to be written on the paper form: "The registration form includes a section to fill in your credit card details." otherwise a cash deposit of 50'000 YEN, that is also no where mentioned in Booking.com , the most unsecure way to share sensitive data I've seen. The apartment itself is ok but has a lot of damages so better to take pictures or videos upon arrival. But definitely I won't choose this one next time I'll visit Kutchan.
