    Vi glæder os til at kommer tilbage engang.

    Det var et vidunderligt smukt hus og en unik oplevelse at bo i et autentisk machiya hus.

    Faciliteterne var moderne og huset og designet var smukt og originalt. Kvarteret er stille og ligger udenfor det centrale Kyoto, men for os fungerede det fint med den ro det gav os efter en aktiv dag.

    A peaceful and quiet stay in historical Nishijin.

    The house is gorgeous - the history of the building is tangible everywhere and the active workshop brings it to life. The kitchen and other amenities are nice, we especially enjoyed the hinoki bath tub. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby, we truly enjoyed finding a newly opened bar, Brill, just around the corner. They even started serving breakfast in our last morning in Kyoto! Getting around Kyoto was easy with a number of buses going in all directions from Nishijin.

    The futons and pillows took a bit getting used to.
