A memorable experience with amazing food and service
The in-room Kaiseki course was great as was the breakfast. We really appreciated that we got a different menu on the second day of our stay, which was not the case in other accommodations we stayed in this trip. Staff was super helpful and friendly providing exceptional service. We enjoyed the in-room onsen and the overall vibe of the ryokan but also Kinosakionsen in general. Totally recommend staying here also for ryokan first-timers. We‘ll keep this stay in fond memory!
That the two days passed so quickly and our stay ended already

The hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The garden was delightful.
We ended up staying in a room that was furthest away from the entrance - it took a good 3-5 mins (fast-paced) walking to get there. I wish the room location was clearer upon the booking process. Some of the staff struggled with English quite a bit. The onsen pools in the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade.
