  Underbar vistelse!

Disappointing, broken wine glass found upon arrival for use

Location is great, beach not far. Great views.

We were very excited for our trip/holiday to Corfu, visiting the island and such, not first time in Greece. Unfortunately we have to say we were so disappointed in Nissaki sea view apartment hotel, upon arrival thank god we were met by staff that given us keys and said which apartment we will stay in, took some tax payment and that’s it. Other guests apparently were met by a note on the door. Which is first time seen in all the travels that we have done all around the world, such a low point. During our stay we realised things said on the booking and the pictures, did not meet the criteria which was extremely sad and we felt misguided. Yes the rooms are very outdated, definitely needs refurbishment, would also be nice to get fresh towels, more than 1 roll of toilet paper for the week. Bedding changed at least once and an iron which was stated that will be in the room but wasn’t hence we didn’t take our own. Throughout our stay, we’ve had to write and constantly look for the staff that would show up once in a full moon, to ask for towels, toilet paper, to take the trash out and put a fresh bag. They say WiFi when you choose your room type. You wish, we’ve had to buy an eSIM for the week. Everything closed, reception always closed, bar closed, swimming pool open but you can’t get to it through the bar, you are made to walk around. Extremely disappointed and so unsatisfactory, this place needs a change, refurbishment, change in management, change in attitude. If something happens, no one to be found ever here! Sadly would never come back to Nissaki sea view apartment hotel!

Surrounding is beautiful, accommodation is bad.

Location, views, close to beautiful beach.

Reseption is not working, doors are broken, you cannot be private in any room. Owen is not working, microwave is not working, no possibilities to make any food for child. Towels and bed sheets not changing.
