  The location was great, with restaurants and the beach nearby. The villa also had a swimming pool and plenty of bedrooms, making it suitable for a larger group. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

  Unfortunately, the villa is quite old and many of its amenities and facilities need updating. Although the bedsheets appeared clean, we found more than 10 strands of hair on one of them, similar to what you might find left behind by a dryer. The water supply could be turned off from an outlet located outside the property, and someone played a prank on us by shutting it off for an entire day. The doors had no keys, and the old plumbing caused water to accumulate in the showers, making a mop necessary after every use. The windows provided almost no sound insulation. The villa is right next to an uphill road used by ATVs and buggies, which generate a lot of noise throughout the day. Even with the windows closed, the noise was almost as loud as with them open. It was also difficult to have a conversation outside while vehicles were passing. Inside, the thin walls and doors meant that noise from other rooms could easily be heard. Overall, this is an older villa with outdated facilities and several maintenance issues. The location and the helpful host were definite positives, but the property could benefit from significant improvements, especially in cleanliness, plumbing, sound insulation, and general maintenance.

  Udany wyjazd, właściciel w porządku - komunikatywny i sympatyczny. Idealne dla większej rodziny, grupy znajomych. Drugi

  Lokalizacja, basen, dostęp do morza - plaża Nissi Beach największy atut, wyposażenie obiektu.

  Hałas samochodów w dwóch pokojach od strony basenu. Mogło by być trochę czyściej, wymienić niektóre wyposażenie obiektu na nowe.

  Bardzo blisko do najpiękniejszej plaży, super basen, spokojna okolica, bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz który pomógł zorganizować również transport. Villa sprzątana podczas naszego pobytu. Perfekcyjnie.
