Great location for airport
We stayed at Niwahana Transit City Hotel just before our flight - it was great! Large room with a comfortable bed which was close to the airport (they were also able to kindly arrange our airport transfer).

La posizione dell'hotel la rende una tappa comoda per l'ultima notte prima del volo. Lo staff è stato così gentile da prenotare per noi al costo di 5 dollari un servizio taxi aeroporto che venisse a prenderci direttamente all'hotel. La stanza è molto grande e la doccia con una ottima pressione e calore.
Nulla in particolare se non il rumore della strada vicina ma data la posizione è inevitabile

Highly recommended for a pre or post flight from Colombo, under 10 minutes drive from the airport
Stayed there for one night before our early flight the next morning, everything was perfect. Extremely helpful and friendly host. The property was immaculate and really appreciated all the little details ie: beers/ soft drinks available in fridge, toothbrushes/ toothpaste and toiletries in bathroom. Nice hot shower and very comfortable bed. Very convenient large restaurant’ Sasha’s (air con) just across the road.
