Good sized apartment, poor level of cleanliness and maintenance.
Spacious and accommodating. The apartment was really spacious and easily accommodated us all comfortable, with a reasonable amount of privacy for each room. It was a good location to serve the purpose, the toll gate is a bit inconvenient and can be costly but that that is not on the location.
We were staying here for the second time, for commitments in area, and this time round has been less than pleasant. We notified reception of our late arrival, but security was really unpleasant to deal with. Telling us next time we should try make sure we arrived together because sometimes he isn't at the front gate, and guests can be waiting for hours at the gate. I shouldn't have to be explaining myself. I was just making him aware that there was a second vehicle coming. Then on to our unit. It is not properly clean, there is dust on the wardrobe handles, walls and doors look like they have not been wiped down in a long-time, dirt is clearly visible on them. Kitchen drained smelled really bad, the diffuser did little to mask the smell, there is no plug for the sink so we couldn't really manage that. Bathroom tiles are also very dirty. We didn't have enough towels on the first day. There weren't enough mugs in the kitchen apartment accommodates 6, there were 3 mugs. Some towels were also looking worn and starting to fray, one of the beds was moved to retrieve something that rolled under the bed and there was dust and a coke tin under the bed.
